A graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Tom has worked for a variety of industrial companies, such as TBM OEM Atlas Copco Jarva as a draftsman, for specialty gear manufacturer Horsburgh & Scott as a design engineer, and Van Dorn Demag, an injection molding machine OEM, as the lead engineer for the injection molding unit. Over the last 20+ years, he has worked at TBM manufacturer, The Robbins Company, and his work there includes field service technician, SBU sales manager, project manager, and utility tunneling sales manager.
